1. Power and Setup
• Place the XTCERA X-Mill 500 Plus on a stable and level surface.
• Connect the machine to a 220V power supply and ensure all cables and system connections are properly secured.
• Launch the CAM software required for operation.

2. Material Loading
• Insert the dental disc or block into the Snap-In Clamp System using the correct adapter.
• Ensure the material is firmly secured to maintain accurate positioning and stable milling.

3. Tool Preparation
• Load the required milling burs into the 4-station Automatic Tool Changer (ATC).
• Check that all tools are correctly aligned and ready for the milling process.

4. Software Operation
• Import the design file through the CAM software.
• The system will automatically adjust spindle speed and air pressure based on the selected material.

5. Milling Process
• Start the milling operation from the control interface.
• The machine will perform automatic tool changes and manage the dust collection system during operation.

6. Completion and Removal
• Once milling is finished, carefully remove the completed dental restoration from the clamp system.
• Use the integrated drawers and disc rack for safe storage of tools and materials.

7. Maintenance
• Clean the milling chamber and components regularly to maintain performance.
