Vintage PRO represents a new generation of PFM systems. This innovative leucite-reinforced feldspathic porcelain, based on the high-fusing Vintage systems, is characterised by professional efficiency and aesthetics. The excellent handling of the well-established product lines has been systematically optimised, and its porcelain basis has been combined with new materials – for even greater ease of use, higher safety and firing stability, and naturally opalescent shades. With its firing temperature of approx. 900 °C, Vintage PRO is indicated primarily for veneering nonprecious alloy frameworks, but it can also be used to easily and aesthetically veneer high-gold, reduced-gold or palladium-based PFM alloys. Besides, the system is ideal for use on metal frameworks made by CAD/CAM or sintering.

• Leucite-reinforced feldspathic porcelain: Built for strength, durability, and reliable firing behavior, while enabling fine aesthetics.
• Wide range of enamel effect translucencies: Available in multiple effect powders (e.g. “BT” – Blue-Translucent, “PT” – Pink-Transpa, “T-Glass” – High Translucent, etc.), enabling fine control over enamel shade, translucency, and character.
• Natural enamel-like appearance: Designed to replicate enamel’s natural opalescence, translucency and subtle shade gradients — producing lifelike restorations even in incisal or effect layering.
• Compatible with common PFM alloys: Works with conventional cast, CAD/CAM or sintered non-precious alloys, as well as high-gold, reduced-gold, and palladium-based alloys — for broad applicability in metal-ceramic restorations. Recommended coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) range: 13.5–14.8 × 10⁻⁶ K⁻¹ (25-500 °C).
• Excellent firing & dimensional stability: Maintains color, shape, and stability even after multiple firings.
• Easy handling and build-up: Fine powder texture and optimized working properties allow for smooth sculpting, high stackability, and predictable layering — suitable for both simple and highly aesthetic restorations.
• True-to-nature shade and effect system: Compatible with standard shade systems (e.g. VITA classical shades), while effect powders allow customized shading and characterization for individual patient needs.
