The system includes an optic handpiece for clear visibility, automatic motor calibration, and nine programmable memory settings to streamline implant workflows. An ergonomic foot controller ensures comfortable operation, while the water irrigation system provides precise control (0–90 mL ±10%). 1. Preparation
• Ensure the device is connected to a properly grounded electrical outlet.
• Verify that all cables and connections meet the required standards and are securely attached.

2. Power On
• Turn on the main power supply of the SAESHIN SIP10 Implant Engine.
• Allow the device to complete its initial startup process.
• The control display/interface will activate and show the main operating screen.

3. Setting Parameters
• Use the control interface to navigate through the system settings.
• Adjust implant surgery parameters such as:
• Speed (RPM)
• Torque (Ncm)
• Select preset programs or manually set the parameters according to the implant procedure.
• Ensure the selected settings are appropriate for the implant system, surgical step, and patient condition.

4. Patient Preparation
• Follow standard infection control, sterilization, and surgical preparation protocols.
• Position the patient comfortably in the dental chair with clear access to the surgical area.
• Ensure all surgical instruments and irrigation systems are ready for use.

5. Operating the Implant Engine
• Attach the contra-angle handpiece securely to the motor.
• Insert the appropriate implant drill or instrument into the handpiece.
• Position the handpiece carefully in the patient’s mouth.
• Activate the foot pedal to start the motor operation.
• Monitor the speed, torque, and operational status on the device display.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

• Wipe the control panel and display with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using corrosive or harsh cleaning agents.
