1. Installation
• Place the Renfert SILENT Compact CAM Extraction Unit on a stable, dry, and well-ventilated surface near the CAM milling system.
• Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for proper airflow and maintenance.

2. Electrical Connection
• Connect the extraction unit to a compatible power supply according to the manufacturer’s voltage requirements.
• Ensure the power cable and socket are properly grounded before switching on the unit.

3. Connect to CAM System
• Attach the suction hose securely between the extraction unit and the dental CAM milling machine.
• Ensure the connection is tight to allow efficient dust and particle extraction during milling.

4. Switching On
• Turn on the main power switch on the extraction unit.
• Confirm the unit is operating and generating proper suction airflow.

5. During Operation
• Start the CAM milling process.
The extraction unit will collect dust, zirconia particles, and milling debris, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

6. Filter Maintenance
• Regularly check and clean the dust container and filters to maintain strong suction performance.
• Replace filters when required according to the maintenance schedule.

7. Switching Off
• After completing the milling process, turn off the extraction unit using the power switch.
• Empty the dust collection container if necessary before the next use.
