1. Prepare the Resin Vat
• Turn off the 3D printer and remove the resin vat.
• Clean the vat carefully to remove any remaining resin or debris.

2. Remove the Old Film
• Use a screwdriver to loosen the screws holding the old PFA film.
• Gently remove the film from the frame without scratching the vat surface.

3. Install the New PFA Film
• Place the new PFA film over the vat frame.
• Align it properly and secure it with the screws.

4. Tighten Evenly
• Tighten the screws in a cross or diagonal pattern to ensure even tension across the film.

5. Check the Surface
• Make sure the film is smooth, flat, and free from wrinkles or air bubbles.
• Adjust the screws if needed for proper tension.

6. Reassemble and Test
• Reinstall the resin vat into the printer.
• Add resin and run a test print to confirm correct installation and print quality.
