ELEGOO Dental Castable Resin – Green is a premium‑grade photopolymer resin developed specifically for dental laboratories and dental CAD/CAM workflows. It allows precise 3D printing of castable patterns—such as crowns, bridges, frameworks and other prosthetic components—with excellent surface detail and controlled shrinkage.

Engineered for high compatibility with DLP/LCD 3D printers and dental casting workflows, this resin offers uniform properties and consistent burnout behaviour, making it ideal for casting into metal or ceramic components. 1. Prepare Your 3D Printer
• Ensure your 3D resin 3D printer is clean and properly calibrated.
• A well-leveled build plate and clean resin tank help achieve accurate dental models.

2. Check Resin Compatibility
• Confirm that your printer is compatible with 405 nm UV photopolymer resins, including Elegoo Dental Castable Resin – Green.

3. Prepare the Printing Area
• Set up the printing area in a well-ventilated space with adequate lighting.
• Wear protective gloves and avoid direct skin contact with resin.

4. Pour the Resin
• Carefully shake the bottle before use.
Pour the Elegoo Dental Castable Resin – Green into the resin tank of your printer, following the recommended fill level.

5. Adjust Print Settings
• Configure the printer settings according to the recommended parameters for castable resins, such as layer thickness, bottom exposure time, and normal exposure time.

6. Start Printing
• Begin the printing process and monitor the initial layers to ensure proper adhesion to the build plate and smooth layer formation.

7. Post-Processing
• After printing is finished, remove the model from the build plate and clean it using isopropyl alcohol (IPA) to remove any uncured resin.

8. Cure the Model
• Place the cleaned model under UV curing light to fully harden the resin and achieve the required strength and detail for dental casting applications.
