1. Installation Requirements
• Place the Agkem Robust 450 Dental Suction Unit on a stable and level surface with a slope not exceeding 3°.
• Install a corrosion-resistant pressure pipeline (approx. 40 mm diameter) suitable for dental suction systems.
• Ensure the installation area has proper drainage connected to a floor drain or sewage system.

2. Hose Connections
• Air Inlet Hose: Remove the protective cap from the air inlet and connect the recycle hose securely using a metal clamp.
• Inlet Hose: Attach the suction inlet hose to the prepared pressure pipeline and tighten firmly.
• Exhaust Hose: Connect the exhaust hose to the exhaust outlet and direct it toward a wall vent or exhaust pipe.
• Drain Hose: Connect the drain hose to the local drainage system and secure it with a clamp.

3. Signal Connection
• Connect the signal wire of the suction unit to the selector valve signal cable of the dental unit to enable automatic operation.

4. Power On
• Plug the suction unit into the power supply using the provided cord.
• Turn on the main power switch at the rear of the unit.
• The indicator light will show that the system is in standby mode.

5. Operating the Suction
• Remove the suction handpiece from its holder on the dental unit.
• The suction system will automatically start running.
• Adjust the suction level using the strong/weak control switch on the handpiece.

6. Return to Standby
• After use, place the suction handpiece back into its holder.
• The suction unit will stop and return to standby mode.
