1. Fill the Cleaning Tank
• Remove the lid and place the items into the cleaning basket, then insert the basket into the cleaning tank.
• Fill the tank with water until it reaches between the MIN and MAX level, ensuring the items are fully covered.
• Note: Do not operate the unit without water. Running the ultrasonic cleaner dry for more than 30 seconds may damage the unit or shorten its lifespan.

2. Power On and Set Time
• Connect the power cord to an electrical outlet and switch the unit on.
• The LED display will show 05:00 minutes, which is the most commonly used cleaning time.
• If necessary, adjust the cleaning time using the Time button and arrow button.
• The timer can be set between 1 and 30 minutes, with 5, 10, or 15 minutes being typical cleaning durations.
• Avoid excessive cleaning times as they may cause loosening of screws, expansion of existing cracks, or peeling of already separated coatings.

3. Start the Cleaning Cycle
• Press the On/Off button to begin ultrasonic cleaning.
A buzzing sound from the tank indicates that the cleaning process is active.
• Closing the lid will help reduce noise.
• The LED display counts down the remaining time, and when it reaches 00:00, the cleaning cycle is complete.
• You can stop the cleaning process at any time by pressing the On/Off button.
• The unit is equipped with overheating protection. If the red indicator light turns on, the machine will pause operation.
• Allow it to cool for approximately 20 minutes until the green light appears before restarting.

4. Optional Cleaning Functions

Heater Function:
• Press the Heater button to activate heating. The heater will automatically turn off once the water temperature reaches 60°C (140°F).
• For safety, the heater also stops automatically after 45 minutes of operation.

Degas Function:
• When using a cleaning solution, the Degas function helps improve solution mixing.
• Set the timer with the Time button, press the Function button, then press On/Off to start degassing.
• The process runs for 90 seconds before switching to normal cleaning.
• Cleaning is complete when visible debris or “smoke-like” particles disappear.
• If additional cleaning is required, reset the timer and repeat the process.

5. After Cleaning
• When the cleaning cycle is finished, turn off the power switch, remove the lid, and carefully take out the cleaned items.
• Drain the water through the pouring recess, then clean and wipe the tank dry before storing the unit.
