STAR ST Preshaded Zirconia Blocks are made using premium-grade imported zirconium powder blended with uniform coloring agents for consistent shade accuracy. Designed for high-aesthetic restorations, these blanks offer excellent translucency, biological safety, and superior strength—ideal for veneers, anterior crowns, and copings. Fully compatible with leading CAD/CAM systems including Sirona, Amann Girrbach, Kavo, Lava, Wieland, and Cercon.

Direction To Use

1. Preparation
• Ensure the workspace is clean and properly organized with all necessary CAD/CAM milling and sintering equipment ready.

2. Material Selection
• Select the STAR ST Preshaded Zirconia Block according to the required restoration type and desired shade.

3. Design the Restoration
• Create the restoration design using CAD/CAM software, ensuring correct dimensions and anatomical form.

4. Milling Process
• Load the zirconia block into the milling machine and start the milling process using the recommended parameters.

5. Post-Milling Inspection
• After milling, inspect the restoration and remove any support structures or excess material carefully.

6. Sintering Procedure
• Place the milled restoration into a sintering furnace and run the recommended sintering cycle to achieve the required strength and final properties.

7. Post-Sintering Inspection
• Inspect the restoration for shade accuracy, translucency, and structural integrity.

8. Glazing (Optional)
• If required, apply glazing following standard dental laboratory procedures to enhance esthetics.

9. Final Inspection
• Check the restoration for fit, finish, and aesthetics before delivery.

10. Documentation
• Record the milling and sintering parameters used for quality control and future reference.
