Direction To Use

1. Preparation

2. Design the Restoration
• Use CAD/CAM software to design the dental restoration according to the patient’s anatomical requirements.

3. Load the Block
• Insert the STAR Zirconia SHT Multi-Layer Block into the milling machine following the manufacturer’s instructions.

4. Milling Process
• Start the milling cycle and allow the machine to precisely mill the restoration from the zirconia block.

5. Finishing
• After milling, carefully remove excess material and refine the contours and margins using suitable finishing tools.

6. Sintering
• Place the milled restoration in a sintering furnace and run the recommended sintering cycle to achieve full strength.

7. Final Inspection
• Inspect the restoration for fit, surface quality, and defects, making adjustments if required.

8. Cleaning and Placement
• Clean the restoration thoroughly before delivery and proceed with final placement and bonding according to clinical protocol.
