Die Stone Extreme Type IV - (Die Stone Golden Brown)

Die Stone Golden Brown (Die Stone Extreme) is a premium Type IV gypsum-based die stone formulated for maximum dimensional stability and ultra-hard surface strength. With a setting expansion as low as 0.07% and high compressive strength, it’s ideal for implant & CAD/CAM models, crown & bridge work, and all prosthetic applications demanding fine precision and smooth finish.

1. Mixing
• Measure 100 g of Die Stone Extreme Type IV powder and 19 ml of clean water.
• Mix manually for 30–60 seconds until a smooth consistency forms.
• For best results, use a vacuum mixer for 20–30 seconds at 350–450 RPM to reduce air bubbles.

2. Pouring
• Place the mixed material on a vibrator while pouring to create a smooth, bubble-free surface.
• Slowly fill the dental impression to capture fine anatomical details.

3. Setting
• Working Time: 8 minutes
• Initial Setting Time: 12 minutes
Avoid disturbing the material during the setting phase to maintain accuracy.

4. Removal
• Remove the hardened die stone model from the impression after 40 minutes.

5. Final Drying
• For maximum compressive strength and durability, allow the model to dry for 24 hours before trimming, finishing, or further laboratory use.
