SAESHIN OZ Black Brushless Clinical Motor is a high-performance micromotor system designed for dental clinical and laboratory use. Equipped with a brushless motor design, it offers stable, powerful torque even at low speeds, and can operate up to 50,000 RPM. Supporting both right and left rotation with hand- or foot-speed control, this motor is built for precision workflows in modern dental practices. With dual voltage input (100-120 V or 220-240 V), horizontal or vertical placement flexibility, and self-diagnostic/error-display functions, it is engineered to meet demanding clinical requirements.

1. Installation
• Place the Saeshin OZ Black Brushless Clinical Motor main unit on a stable surface near the dental chair for easy access.
• Connect the power supply cable to the main unit and plug it into a suitable power outlet.
• Ensure the foot pedal of the dental chair is properly connected to the motor unit.
• Attach the 1:5 LED Contra Angle Handpiece securely to the motor.

2. Power On the Device
• Ensure the power switch is turned off before initial setup.
• Position yourself facing the control screen for convenient operation.
• Turn on the main power switch and wait for the device to complete its startup process.

3. Select Speed Ratio
• Use the touchscreen interface to select the appropriate speed ratio (for example, 1:5 for the LED Contra Angle Handpiece).

4. Adjust Motor Settings
• Use the “+” and “–” keys on the screen to adjust the motor speed according to the clinical procedure.
• Select the rotation direction (forward or reverse) using the corresponding on-screen buttons.
• You can also control the LED light of the handpiece through the designated key.

5. Save and Customize Settings
• Choose the required working speed and save the settings using the store key on the display.
• Access the settings interface for additional customization options if needed.

6. Manual Operation Mode
• For manual mode, press key 8 and follow the on-screen instructions to control the motor without using the foot pedal.

7. Calibration and System Settings
• Calibration: Select key 9 in the settings interface and follow the instructions.
• Factory Reset: Press key 10 to restore default settings.
• Language Selection: Use key 11 to choose the preferred system language.
• Exit Settings: Press key 12 to leave the submenu settings screen.

8. After Use
• Turn off the power switch and disconnect the unit if not in use for a long period.
• Ensure the handpiece and connections are clean and properly stored.
