STAR Zirconia ST Block is a high-performance, super translucent zirconia designed to achieve a perfect balance between strength and esthetics. It offers natural tooth-like translucency with superior mechanical properties, making it ideal for anterior and posterior restorations. Suitable for all open CAD/CAM systems, it provides precision milling, durability, and a natural appearance for crowns, bridges, veneers, and full-contour restorations.

1. Material Selection
• Select the STAR Zirconia ST Block according to the required esthetic and functional needs of the dental restoration.

2. Design the Restoration
• Design the prosthesis using CAD/CAM software, ensuring proper dimensions and anatomical accuracy.

3. Milling Process
• Load the zirconia block into the CAD/CAM milling machine and mill the prosthesis according to the selected technique.

4. Coloring (Optional)
• For enhanced esthetics, apply zirconia coloring liquids before sintering to achieve a more natural appearance.

5. Sintering
• Place the milled restoration in a sintering furnace and follow the recommended sintering cycle.

6. Finishing and Adjustment
• After sintering, refine, polish, and adjust the prosthesis to ensure proper fit and surface finish.

7. Final Inspection and Delivery
• Inspect the restoration for quality and accuracy before final placement in the patient’s mouth.
