1. Work Area Preparation

2. Powder Preparation
• Measure the required amount of Star Polvere Premium Co-Cr alloy powder according to the prosthetic design requirements.

3. Mixing Process
• Combine the alloy powder with the recommended binder or additives if required by the manufacturing method.

4. Forming the Prosthetic Frame
• Shape the material into the desired dental framework or clasp following the CAD/CAM or casting design specifications.

5. Heat Treatment
