1. Setup the Unit
• Place the micromotor control unit on a stable, flat, and clean surface.
• Ensure the power supply matches the required voltage: 100 / 110 / 220 / 240V at 50/60 Hz.
• Connect the handpiece (102L) to the micromotor control unit securely.

2. Connect the Foot Switch
• Insert the foot switch plug into the designated port on the micromotor control unit.
• Ensure the connection is tight for proper hands-free operation.

3. Power On the Device
• Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
• Turn on the main power switch located on the control unit.

4. Adjust the Speed
• Use the speed control knob to set the desired RPM.
• The device allows continuously variable speed control up to 35,000 RPM.
• Start with a low speed for precise work, then gradually increase as needed.

5. Select Direction
• Use the Forward/Reverse (F/R) switch to change the rotation direction.
• Forward rotation is commonly used for most procedures, while reverse may help in specific tasks.

6. Operate with the Foot Switch
• Press the foot pedal to start the micromotor.
• Release the pedal to stop the rotation.
• This allows hands-free control during procedures.

7. Perform the Procedure
• Attach the appropriate bur or rotary instrument to the handpiece.
• Use the micromotor for trimming, polishing, or finishing dental appliances such as dentures.
• Utilize the right and left rotation feature for better control depending on the task.

8. Monitor Torque
• The system provides 280 gf·cm torque for efficient performance.
• Adjust the speed and pressure depending on the material and procedure.

9. Turn Off the Unit
• After completing the procedure:
• Release the foot switch.
• Turn off the main power switch.
• Disconnect the power if the unit will not be used for an extended period.

10. Cleaning and Maintenance
• Remove and clean the bur and handpiece after each use.
• Wipe the control unit with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
• Follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for regular maintenance and lubrication if required.
