1. Design Preparation
• Create or import the dental prosthetic design using CAD software such as exocad or 3Shape Dental System.

2. File Export
• Export the completed design in STL format.
• Import the STL file into CAM nesting software such as WorkNC Dental, HyperDent, or MillBox.

3. Toolpath Generation
• Generate the toolpaths in the CAM software.
• Verify correct milling parameters based on the selected material (zirconia, PMMA, wax, or titanium).

4. Load the Program
• Transfer the toolpath file to the DWX-53 DC (37) T Dental Milling Machine through the machine interface or connected computer.

5. Machine Initialization
• Turn ON the milling machine.
• Run the homing sequence and ensure all axes are calibrated.
• Load the material disc or block and confirm milling tools are installed.

6. Start the Milling Process
• Close the machine cover and start the milling job.
• Monitor the process to ensure smooth operation and proper cutting.

7. Post-Milling
• After milling is complete, open the chamber and remove the milled dental prosthetics.
• Clean the milling area and remove dust or debris from the machine.

8. Maintenance
• Check milling tools for wear.
