1. Design Preparation
• Create or import the dental prosthetic design using compatible CAD software such as exocad or 3Shape.
• Ensure the design is finalized and ready for milling.

2. Export the Design File
• Export the completed design in STL format and import it into compatible CAM nesting software like WorkNC, Hyperdent, or Millbox.

3. Toolpath Creation
• Use the CAM software to generate and review the milling toolpaths.
• Verify that the cutting tools, material type, and milling parameters are correctly set.

4. Load the Milling Program
• Transfer the prepared toolpath file to the Roland DWX-52D Plus milling machine using the machine interface or connected computer system.

5. Machine Initialization
• Power on the milling machine and run the automatic homing and calibration process to ensure all axes and tools are properly aligned.

6. Start the Milling Process
• Begin the 5-axis milling operation from the control interface.
