Zinc oxide powder reacts with eugenol to form a sedative dental dressing or lining under a non-composite resin restoration. 

INDICATONS:-

Zinc Oxide Is Used for Temporary Dressing, May Be Mixed with Eugenol for The Preparation of Temporary Cement.
