1. Preparation
• Before using the device, ensure the following:
• Confirm that the Traus SUS-20 unit is connected to a properly grounded electrical outlet.

2. Power On
• Switch ON the main power supply of the Traus SUS-20 unit.
• The system will begin the automatic start-up sequence.
• The color touch screen will illuminate and display the main operating interface.

3. Setting Operating Parameters
• Use the touch screen interface to navigate through the available menu options.
• Select the appropriate implant surgery program or create a custom program.
• Adjust the following parameters as required:
• Rotation Speed (RPM)
• Torque level (N·cm)
• Irrigation flow rate (if applicable)
• Ensure that all settings are appropriate for the implant system and clinical procedure.

4. Patient Preparation
• Before starting the procedure:
• Follow standard infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Ensure all surgical instruments and handpieces are sterilized.
• Position the patient comfortably in the dental chair.
• Ensure clear access and visibility to the implant site.

5. Operating the Traus SUS-20
• Securely attach the contra-angle implant handpiece.
• Insert the appropriate surgical drill or implant driver.
• Hold the handpiece firmly and position it at the surgical site.
• Activate the foot pedal to start the motor.
• Monitor the touchscreen display, which shows:
• Current speed
• Torque values
• Operation status
• Operate according to the recommended drilling sequence and torque limits.
• Follow recommended working intervals to avoid overheating or motor overload.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance
• After completing the procedure:
• Turn OFF the Traus SUS-20 and disconnect it from the power supply.
• Remove the handpiece and accessories.
• Clean and disinfect reusable components according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
• Wipe the control panel and touch screen with a soft damp cloth.
• Avoid using corrosive chemicals or excessive moisture.
• Store the unit in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated environment.
