• Transfer the alginate powder into a sealed container and shake lightly to loosen the powder.

• Measure the powder using the provided spoon and level it with a spatula.

• Add 1/3 measuring cup of water (18 ml) for each spoon of powder (9 g).

• Mix water and powder in a rubber bowl until a smooth consistency is achieved.

• Load the mixture onto the impression tray and place it in the patient’s mouth before working time ends.

• Hold until the material sets, then remove the tray carefully.

• Ask the patient to rinse their mouth and check for any remaining alginate.

• Close the container and store between 5°C and 27°C.
