1. Power Down the Printer
• Turn OFF your Elegoo Saturn 4 or Saturn 4 Ultra.
• Unplug the power cord and any connected USB drives to ensure safety.

2. Remove Build Plate and Resin Vat
• Open the printer lid.
• Carefully take out the build plate and resin vat.
• Clean any residual resin with isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free cloth.

3. Access the LCD Screen
• Use a hex driver or screwdriver to remove screws securing the front panel.
• Gently lift the panel cover to reveal the LCD screen and ribbon connections.

4. Disconnect the Old LCD Screen
• Locate the ribbon cable attached to the old LCD screen.
• Carefully unplug the cable and remove any adhesive or mounting brackets holding the screen in place.

5. Install the New 16K LCD Screen
• Position the new LCD screen in the exact location of the old one.
• Secure it using the provided brackets or adhesive.
• Reconnect the ribbon cable gently to avoid damage.

6. Reassemble the Printer
• Reattach the front panel and tighten all screws.
• Reinstall the resin vat and build plate.

7. Test the New Screen
• Power on the printer.
• Run an LCD test or print a calibration model to ensure proper functionality.
