1. Installation
• Place the Zotion F2 Dental Sintering Furnace in a dry, dust-free area.
• Keep flammable materials away and maintain at least 50 mm space around the furnace for proper cooling.

2. Safety Check
• Ensure the supporting surface can hold the furnace weight.
• Keep air vents unobstructed and use two people when moving the furnace to prevent injury.

3. Electrical Connection
• Connect the furnace to a dedicated electrical circuit with a circuit breaker and 30 mA residual-current protection.
• Ensure the protective earth connection is present and the supply voltage is 200–240 V.

4. Switching On
• Connect the power supply and turn on the main switch.
The indicator lamp will light up and the current furnace temperature will appear on the display after a few seconds.

5. Loading the Furnace
• Press the door opener button to open the door (only when temperature is below 300°C).
• Place the supporting stone and sintering dish inside the chamber and position the items to be sintered using tongs.
• Close the furnace door securely.

6. Start Heating Program
• Select a program (1–9) and set the heating speed, target temperature, and holding time if needed.
• Press the Start/Stop button to begin the sintering cycle.

7. Automatic Program Option
• You can set the integrated timer to schedule the sintering process so the program finishes automatically at a selected time.
