X-COLOR Dyeing Liquids are specially developed by XTCERA for coloring full-contour zirconia restorations with highly aesthetic, natural-looking shades. The system includes Shade Series A (A1, A2, A3) and Shade Series B (B1, B2), designed to match the optical properties of zirconia blocks and deliver excellent chroma, translucency, and color stability.
These liquids offer strong penetration, easy application methods, and consistent results, making them ideal for coping, crown, and bridge staining in dental laboratories.

Direction To Use

• Shake the bottle vigorously for 5–10 seconds before use to ensure the pigments are evenly mixed.
• Confirm that the selected shade liquid matches the desired aesthetic outcome for the zirconia restoration.
• Ensure the zirconia surface is clean, dry, and free from dust or contaminants.
• Using a brush or applicator, apply a small amount of shade liquid to the zirconia surface. Start with a thin layer and build gradually if deeper color intensity is required.
• Spread the liquid evenly using gentle brush strokes to avoid patchy or uneven coloration.
• Allow the coloring liquid to air dry naturally for a few minutes. An infrared lamp may be used to accelerate drying if needed, avoiding excessive heat.
• After the liquid has dried completely, apply a thin, even layer of zirconia glaze to enhance the final appearance.
• Place the restoration in a dental furnace and follow the recommended firing or sintering cycle to fix the color and achieve the final material properties.
• After firing, inspect the restoration to ensure the shade is uniform, vibrant, and meets the desired aesthetic quality.
