1. Machine Setup
• Place the milling machine on a stable, level surface near the CAD/CAM workstation.
• Connect the power supply and computer interface.
• Turn on the machine and launch the milling control software.

2. Load the Material
• Open the machine cover.
• Insert the zirconia disc or milling block into the holder and secure it properly.

3. Prepare the Design
• Create or import the dental restoration design using compatible CAD software such as exocad or 3Shape Dental System.
• Export the file and open it in CAM software to generate the milling toolpath.

4. Tool Setup
• Ensure the required milling burs are installed correctly in the tool holders.
• Verify the machine calibration before starting the job.

5. Start the Milling Process
• Close the machine cover and begin the milling operation through the control panel or software.
• Monitor the process through the machine display.

6. Remove the Milled Restoration
• Once milling is complete, open the chamber and carefully remove the finished restoration from the disc.

7. Cleaning and Maintenance
• Remove dust or debris from the milling chamber.
• Inspect milling tools and replace worn burs if needed.
• Keep the machine clean for accurate and consistent milling performance.
