1. Machine Setup
• Place the milling machine on a stable, level surface near the CAD/CAM workstation.
• Connect the power supply, computer interface, and coolant system for wet milling.
• Turn on the machine and start the milling control software.

2. Load the Material
• Open the machine cover.
• Insert the glass ceramic or composite resin block into the block holder and secure it properly.

3. Prepare the Design
• Design the dental restoration using CAD software such as exocad or 3Shape Dental System.
• Export the design file and import it into CAM software to generate the milling toolpath.

4. Tool Setup
• Install the required milling burs in the tool holder.
• Check tool calibration and ensure the coolant system is functioning properly.

5. Start the Milling Process
• Close the machine door and begin the wet milling operation from the control panel or software.
• Monitor the process to ensure smooth milling and proper coolant flow.

6. Remove the Restoration
• After milling is complete, open the chamber and carefully remove the milled restoration from the holder.

7. Cleaning and Maintenance
• Clean the milling chamber and remove water residue or debris.
