1. Design Preparation
• Create or import the dental prosthetic design using compatible CAD software such as exocad or 3Shape.
• Ensure the design meets the required dental specifications.

2. Export the File
• Export the finalized design in STL format and import it into compatible CAM nesting software such as WorkNC, Hyperdent, or Millbox.

3. Toolpath Generation
• Generate the toolpaths within the CAM software. Verify that the milling parameters, tools, and material settings are correctly configured for the selected dental material.

4. Load the Milling Program
• Transfer the generated toolpath file to the Roland DWX-52DCi Plus through its machine interface or connected system.

5. Machine Initialization
• Power on the milling machine and perform the homing sequence.
• Confirm that all axes, tools, and calibration settings are properly initialized.

6. Start the Milling Process
• Begin the milling operation through the machine interface.
